  • We ask that candidates meet recruiters at our office in the chasewood building for preliminary interviews, this also reduce recruiter travel time and expense.
  • We use recruiting assistance as a part of our recruiting team with one recruiter heading each team. 
  • Routine calls to employers are handled by assistants.  Recruiters are responsible for managing process.

  7.   Provide employer with Top Candidates
  8.   Conduct preliminary interviews of top candidates at our office
  9.   Assist in scheduling interviews
  10.   Debrief candidates after interviews to determine interest in the position
  11.   Reference Verification (employment, education, professional liscense,etc)
